Food is my passion! I love talking about food and sharing recipes. I am passionate about healthy eating, cooking, and growing nutrient-dense organic food. Past Summers I've prepared meals in New York for the Ithaca Ecovillage and catered special events hosted by the EVI community. I've presented food demonstrations at local health food stores and community centers, when I am not volunteering for agencies that support "Food Justice". Recently, I staged and hosted a Bed and Breakfast in Holiday, Florida where I provided cooking lessons and gourmet breakfasts for my guests. Presently, my business model's focus is on supporting our courageous healthcare workers during the COVID-19 Pandemic by providing take-out meal service at a beautiful country location in Orange County North Carolina.
My education includes a Dietetics Degree from Southern Maine Community College and a Coaching Certificate from the University of New Hampshire. I have diversified experience In Healthcare and Food Services and have held positions as a Food Service Director and Chef for restaurants and country clubs in Maine, New Hampshire, New York and Florida. I cater private functions and work as a Personal Chef for professionals and their families. My greatest accomplishment was owning and operating Sweet Ashuelot Bed and Breakfast in New Washington, New Hampshire where I loved spoiling my guests with gourmet breakfasts and themed gift baskets that had homemade baked goods and beverages to take with them on their travels back home.
