I am a Chef, Foodie, and Health Coach.

Food is my passion!  I love talking about food and sharing recipes.  I am passionate about eating, cooking, and growing nutrient-dense organic food.   Summers I have prepared meals for the Ithaca Ecovillage or catered special events hosted by the EVI community.  I've done food demonstrations at local health food stores, and volunteered in Ithaca, NY for agencies that support "Food Justice".  Presently, I am working as a  Personal Chef and caterer in the famous Greek community in Tarpon Springs, Florida.


My education includes an Associate of Applied Science in Dietetics from Southern Maine Community College. I hold a Coaching Certificate from the University of New Hampshire, and have diversified field experience In Healthcare and Food Services.  I also have experience as a Food Service Director, Caterer, and Personal Chef. I've held cook positions at various  summer camps in both Maine and New Hampshire.  I also owned and managed my own New Hampshire based Bed and Breakfast where my guests were spoiled with home-cooked gourmet breakfasts and gift baskets.
