Guided Supermarket Tours can take place at a grocery store, health food store or market of your choice and will last approximately 90 minutes; group tours approximately 120 minutes. We will teach you how to be a smart and savvy grocery shopper. You will learn how to decipher food labels, identify which ingredients to avoid, and how to choose foods that are the most important to purchase organic. Tour Fees - $75 per person. Pantry Makeover involves a 2-hour in-home evaluation of your food pantry and refrigerator. Price includes a personal printed instruction guide on how to refresh, renew and re-stock your pantry and a 1-week customized meal plan. Fee is $125 for this service. Our Menu Consulting and Meal Planning service gives personal instruction on creating a meal plan that appeals to your family. Menus are customized to your preferences and dietary restrictions. Standard menu fee is $60 and includes five entrees and five side dishes. This service is now available via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype.

Cooking lessons offered for any skill level! Choose individual or group cooking lessons on FaceTime, Zoom or Skype. Learn healthy ways of preparing your favorite meals or create entirely new recipes. Cooking lessons for a basic 3-course meal- $75. Group rates available.
